Surprisingly effective!
I use almost all of the Patch MD products and ordered these on a whim thinking there was no way they would b effective, Delightfully I was wrong. I’ve always suffered from PMDD or extreme PMS symptoms and these patches really helped to alleviate and lesson a lot of my symptoms. These actually work!
